For people who are curious about ‘who is Jesus’, we have two casual courses that explore the historic person of Jesus. Both Simply Christianity and Christianity Explored are informal groups that introduce you to the historical truths as revealed in the Bible, in an non-pressure, friendly environment.

Simply Christianity

Simply Christianity is a simple, jargon-free way of investigating Christianity in a friendly, small group environment. This group for ladies runs over a short 5 week period (1 hour a week) and takes you through the Gospel of Luke. It presents the challenging teachings, life, death and resurrection of Jesus, and explores who Jesus is, what He has done, and what it means to follow Him. You’re not asked to pray, sing, or read aloud, and you can ask any question you like. There is no cost involved, and it’s free. The get togethers are held on Thursday evenings at the home of Kate Rogers.

For information on when the next Simply Christianity session will be held, please contact Kate on 0422 221 180. Supper and hot drinks provided.

Christianity Explored

What is the best news you’ve ever heard in your life? How did it affect you? This is a a 7-week (1 hour a week) informal course that takes you on a journey through Mark’s Gospel to discover the amazing good news about Jesus, and what he offers to all who trust in him. It answers the question of who is Jesus, why did he come, and what it mean for us.
